Golden Brains Awards.

Ylotana Project – First Appearance at the London Book Fair
Ylotana project has made its first appearance in the cultural capital of the world by exhibiting five of its ongoing projects at the well-renowned annual London Book Fair. We were absolutely overwhelmed by the positive input we received from the visitors and by all means, we intend to participate in all such forthcoming events. More detailed information about this event will be posted on our MySpace page.

Universal Studios
Our long-lasting negotiations with Universal Studios have now reached their final phase. A soft release of My Little God album will become available around the globe through over 200 Internet music retailers within 3 to 6 weeks. In additions, our music will shortly be available for download through all major mobile phone network providers in the UK and the EU. US distribution will follow.

My Little God album is now available in two more shops in Russia. Links are provided within the purchase section of our Russian website. Negotiations are currently underway with a number of other outlets in Moscow in order to expand our distribution channels even further.

We are pleased to inform that Ylotana Project has joined a partnership with an Online TV News company – Russia.ru. From this point onwards all news reports and videos will be accompanied by Ylotana music compositions. Further negotiations are currently underway to form a joint multimedia project. A brilliant artist, Ian.C has recently become an indispensable asset to Ylotana Project
We are very pleased to announce that an expert percussionist, Ian.C will be joining Ylotana Project's ranks. Using over 300 sounds + FX live throughout a set Ian adds a whole new depth and attitude to the idea of dance music percussion - he has quite simply changed the rules. Even Roland Music UK have said: "Ian C adds a whole new dimension to music. His touch to a tune is phenomenal!” Ian has performed with most of today’s 'A' list DJ's and his work has been as diverse as performing at the worlds biggest club Privilege, to playing percussion in Jenny Frost's (Atomic Kitten) band! Ian C continues to be noticed right across the world, for all the right reasons.

Our preliminary calculations show that over 10,000 My Little God albums have been sold in Moscow within the first week alone.

For me, this project is extraordinarily intriguing and mysterious. To be frank, I even thought that there is some sort of spy cryptogram embedded within it. Perhaps, it is a certain jigsaw puzzle and by compiling all the pieces together we will see the ultimate truth. Yet, one cannot ignore the fact that someone is simply trying to fool us. In any event, comics enthusiasts and those who are passionate about high quality experimental music have really got something to think about.

Time Out Moscow has posted its first press release
The main difficulty here is the process of accurately categorizing this “product”. It could well be a future social network for artists, yet this is still to be figured out. In any event such gathering of professional experimental artists in a league of its own and has not yet been matched in this country. Rumor has it that this project will soon bring together numerous performers from around the globe from Mr.C (The Shamen) to Kate Bush, from Robin Gibb (Bee Gees9 to Brian Ferry. This pop-art literature is unlike anything we have ever experienced before and the quality of music definitely deserves our uppermost attention. What we are seeing today is the product, which may still be ahead of its time and our only hope is that at present, people will be able to comprehend and appreciate it, at least to some extent.

Ylotana Project's first appearance in Moscow
At 19:00 on the 19th of December Ylotana Project will make its first appearance in Moscow. The celebration will take place at the main “Respublika” outlet, the major music distributor in Russia. The show will consist of a short performance by all members of the band, followed by a brief talk about the project, an autograph session and a banquet.

I AM YOU video clip
A senior designer from A-ONE TV channel in Russia has now finalized a video clip based on the I AM YOU story. The video will be posted on YouTube within a matter of days.  

My Little God to be seen at the Opera House in London
The Royal Ballet has shown interest in staging the My Little God story as a play at the Royal Opera House in London. At this point further negotiations are taking place in an attempt to resolve a number of technical matters. Please stay tuned for further updates.

The first YLOTANA album release date announced
The long waited album – My Little God is to be released on the 15th of December 2008. For the first two weeks the album will be available for purchase exclusively at Svyaznoy, one of the major networks of mobile phone communication salons in Russia. A further release is expected in Ministeria Zvuka, CD Land, CD COM and Pravitelstvo Zvuka outlets in Moscow, as well as on numerous Internet websites. Throughout the first half of 2009 another 4 albums will be released.
